Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance by Knudsen Vineyards. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, weather conditions, applicable laws or regulations, carrier requirements, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the order will not be fulfilled, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment service providers to process charges associated with your transaction.

Wine may be shipped only to destinations where shipment is permitted and where Knudsen Vineyards and its service providers are able to fulfill the order.

All wine deliveries require receipt by an adult age 21 or older and may require valid government-issued photo identification. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Processing times, shipping charges, weather holds, delivery requirements, carrier issues, and related matters are governed by our Billing & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, flawed wine, incorrect orders, cancellations, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is also incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Wine club memberships, events, reservations, experiences, promotions, discounts, and other offerings may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of enrollment, reservation, or purchase.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, purchase minimums, or other conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
