Due to the nature of wine and applicable alcohol regulations, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges of wine simply because of personal preference or a change of mind.

If you believe a wine is flawed, defective, damaged, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer a replacement, exchange, credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

If your order arrives broken, leaking, visibly damaged, or otherwise compromised during shipment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please retain the affected wine, shipping box, packaging, and packing materials until we advise otherwise. We may request photographs or other information to document the damage and assist with a carrier claim.

Do not dispose of damaged products or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue.

If you believe a bottle is corked, flawed, or otherwise defective, please contact us with information about the wine and the issue you experienced.

We may request that you retain the bottle and remaining wine while we review the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, Knudsen Vineyards may replace the wine, issue a credit or refund, or provide another appropriate remedy.

If you receive the wrong wine, an incorrect quantity, or believe an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us promptly.

We will review the order and, when we determine an error occurred in fulfillment, work with you to correct it.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, inability to obtain the required adult signature, or another circumstance outside Knudsen Vineyards’ control, additional shipping and carrier charges may apply.

If wine is returned to us, we will evaluate its condition and contact you regarding available options.

Original shipping charges and costs associated with return or reshipment may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Knudsen Vineyards.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Shipping, redirect, return, or other carrier charges already incurred may be non-refundable.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued vary by financial institution and are outside Knudsen Vineyards’ control.

Unless otherwise determined by Knudsen Vineyards or required by law, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
