Our ability to ship wine directly to consumers varies by destination and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements, which may change.

Available shipping destinations are generally reflected during checkout. If you are unable to complete an order for your destination, please contact orders@knudsenvineyards.com to discuss whether another lawful purchase or delivery option may be available.

Knudsen Vineyards reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel an order when we are unable to lawfully or reasonably fulfill the shipment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders may take longer during holidays, wine club releases, periods of high order volume, weather holds, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

Shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout or by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate time-sensitive requests but cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date unless expressly confirmed by Knudsen Vineyards.

Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. To protect the quality of your purchase, Knudsen Vineyards reserves the right to delay shipment when temperatures or other weather conditions at the winery, destination, or along the anticipated shipping route may place the wine at risk.

Ground shipping may be limited during periods of extreme temperatures, particularly during summer and winter.

When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers when an order is subject to a significant weather hold.

Weather holds are intended to protect the wine and do not constitute cancellation of an order.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, order size, carrier availability, and other circumstances.

Ground shipments generally travel through transportation networks that are not continuously temperature controlled.

Expedited shipping may reduce transit time but is not necessarily temperature controlled and does not eliminate weather-related risks or guarantee that an order will be released during unsafe shipping conditions.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion, wine club benefit, or other offer.

Additional carrier charges may apply to address corrections, redirects, reshipments, or other changes requested after fulfillment has begun.

All wine shipments require receipt by a person who is at least 21 years of age. The carrier may require valid government-issued photo identification at delivery.

Wine cannot be left unattended when an adult signature is required.

Please provide a valid shipping address and telephone number when ordering and monitor your tracking information so that an eligible adult can be available to receive the shipment.

Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed and the shipment is returned, additional shipping or carrier charges may apply.

Please carefully review your shipping address, contact information, and order details before submitting an order.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once a package has been released to the carrier, address changes or delivery redirects may be subject to carrier restrictions and additional fees.

Customers are responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information they provide, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability to obtain the required adult signature.

Tracking information will generally be emailed when your order ships and may also be available through your customer account.

Carrier tracking information and estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may change during transit.

If your shipment appears lost, is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us promptly at orders@knudsenvineyards.com so we can investigate and assist.

Please retain damaged products and their original packaging until we advise otherwise. Photographs may be requested to assist us in evaluating damage or submitting a carrier claim.

Returns, replacements, refunds, and credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Applicable sales, excise, and other taxes or fees are calculated according to the requirements of the jurisdiction to which an order is shipped.

Although Oregon does not impose a general sales tax, shipments to other jurisdictions may be subject to taxes or fees required by the destination state or locality.
