As we move into Fall, we look forward to creating festive traditions at The Outlook and have designed a number of October events so you, your friends and family can kick off the Autumn season with wine and some fun!
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October, I will be hosting a vineyard tour and tasting during the Pioneering Footsteps Hike, Lunch & Wine Flight. You’ll walk in the footsteps of my parents and Knudsen Vineyard founders, Cal & Julia Lee Knudsen. You will also discover the wines that come from these blocks and learn about our low-impact and sustainable farming practices. Following the hike, a picnic lunch will be provided on the patio alongside a flight of estate wines. Each hike is limited to only 10 guests to comply with social distancing practices.
Weekends in October we are also offering an Autumn Outlook Package for Two —a great experience for families! Each adult guest will enjoy a tasting flight of five estate wines, and a Marketplace Snack plate with local salami, cheese and accompaniments to share. Make a stop by the fall-themed selfie station for photo souvenirs, and we’ll provide everything you need to decorate a personal-sized pumpkin you can take home. Kids are welcome at no additional charge, and additional pumpkins can be purchased during your visit. Please make note of your total head count as you RSVP.
Lastly, on October 16, join members of the Knudsen Family for the 7th Annual Harvest Party Dinner (rescheduled from September 18). This will be the inaugural dinner on The Outlook’s scenic Terrace overlooking stunning views of our vineyard and the Dundee Hills. Attendance will be limited to 30 guests and reservations are already half way filled. Please reserve your space to join us!
