You can avoid the construction by taking 99W to 11th Street. At the end of 11th Street, turn right on Alder then left on 9th to go up to Knudsen Vineyards.


Frequently Asked Questions About Wine Tasting


Winter hours have limited walk-in availability. The tasting room will be open by appointment only Tuesday – Thursday from December 1 to March 31. Please call ahead at 503-580-1596 for availability.

Walk-ins are welcome for groups of 1-6 between the hours of 10:30 am – 4:30 pm based on availability.

Walk-in groups of 5-8, please note seating may not be available.

We allow tastings for walk-in customers up to 4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, we offer bottle and glass service to enjoy while taking in our views.

Yes, we do allow children and minors at Knudsen Vineyards.  While we are family friendly, our focus is on sharing our story and wines with each guest. To ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, children and minors must stay at the table.  Please make sure to include all children in your reservation.  We want to make sure everyone has a seat that needs one.

If your reservation includes 3+ children or minors, a small fee may be applied to your reservation at the time of check out.

We offer a Kids Juice Challenge that can be added to any reservation (additional fee applies) to occupy their palate while the adults enjoy our wines.

Yes, we do allow pet dogs at Knudsen Vineyards, weather permitting/ seasonally, in our outdoor seating areas.  During times when a reservation outdoors is not available, we respectfully ask that your furry friends stay home or remain in your car. Please make a note on your reservation or contact our tasting room staff if you plan to bring your dog.

While we are dog-friendly, our focus is on sharing our story and wines with each guest. To ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience all dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash, under your supervision at your table.   We ask that you clean up after your pet during your visit at Knudsen Vineyards.

If your dog becomes disruptive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave or place your dog in your car. (Please be mindful of the weather/temperature and allow adequate ventilation.)

We do allow outside food, when outdoor seating areas are open and available.

We offer snacks for purchase at The Outlook which may be enjoyed with your tasting.

Our vineyards are very photogenic and we want guests to capture these photographic memories, however, we require a member of our team to guide you before heading out into the vines. The vineyard is a busy place and can be dangerous during high farm traffic days.

Knudsen Vineyards also offers Vineyard Hike Experiences which offer a guided tour, with wine tasting and lunch on the weekends.

Available to order at the time of your visit to enjoy with our wines. Grazing boards are available for large groups with advance notice.

Grazing Board

Customize a hearty board of accoutrements, cured meats, artisan cheese and more. Looking for something different? We can add vegetables, fruits and a variety of spreads. Grazing boards are completely customizable and require at least 3 days’ notice. Prices depend on size of group and start at $100 per board.

Kids Juice Challenge

We offer a kids “side by side” juice flight and snack to help make a day out in wine country more exciting and enjoyable for the whole family!

$14 | includes three juices, a snack box packed with tasty goodies, an activity menu and crayons
