and all through the vines,

The holidays have gently wound down, the year has nearly turned, and here at Knudsen Vineyards, this in-between moment always invites us to pause. The tasting room is calm, the hills rest under winter skies, and we find ourselves reflecting on the people who made this past year meaningful.
As a family-owned vineyard, these quieter seasons are when gratitude feels the loudest. The wine world may ebb and flow, but the heart of what we do remains steady—because of you. Every visit to the tasting room, every bottle opened around a table, every thoughtful recommendation shared with a friend helps carry our story forward. It’s not something we ever take for granted.
Oregon wine itself was built on this same spirit. Families planting vines with hope, neighbors helping neighbors, friendships forming over harvest lunches and shared tools. As you look ahead to a new year, we hope you’ll continue exploring and supporting other family-owned wineries too. Behind so many labels are real people—hands stained from harvest, hearts invested in every vintage—doing this work because they believe in it.
To our wine club members, especially: thank you. Your support allows us to plan thoughtfully for each season, care deeply for our land, and continue crafting wines with intention. You are not just members—you are part of our extended vineyard family, and we feel incredibly lucky to share new releases, behind-the-scenes moments, and future chapters with you.
So tonight, on the eve of a brand-new year, we raise a glass—to good health, to meaningful gatherings, and to bottles opened for all the right reasons. Yes, even on a Wednesday night.
