Knudsen Vineyards   Chardonnay

Sold Out

The Knudsen Vineyards 2013 Chardonnay is characterized by energetic freshness, a light citrus aroma and crisp taste and also a hint of stone fruit. It has continued to improve in the bottle and exhibits a beautiful light straw color in the glass, is relatively dry and flavorful with balanced acidity and presents a lingering and elegant finish.

“Young and tight, this new release from a founding Oregon viticulture family already shows good balance in a smooth, buttery, somewhat oaky style. The fruit flavors coat the tongue and roll into the seductive barrel notes.”

“Delicious array of layered flavors, including lemon, pear, apple, baking spice, honey and caramel. Impressive depth of flavor in a clean and invigorating style, offering a lemon-drop-fueled finish alive with flinty acidity. An exceptional wine that will impress even die-hard white Burgundy devotees”
