Live Music at Knudsen Vineyards

Put your feet up, skip the traffic, and enjoy live music the first Friday of each month this summer while the sun sets on the Dundee Hills.

Kick off your weekend or finish off a day of wine tasting with Knudsen Vineyards. Soft colors of pink, orange and yellow will illuminate the hills while you sip on a glass of wine or share a bottle amongst friends. Music is complimentary! Seating is first come, first serve.

Wine by the glass or bottle service will be offered in lieu of tasting flights. Snack plates will be available. Please refrain from bringing outside food for this event.

Alexis has been performing in shows for more than 13 years! In her own words she says “I love how music inspires and connects us and since there are a wide variety of people in the world, I enjoy learning a wide variety of songs. If you request it, I’ll do my best to perform it!”. Alexis can play multiple instruments and has a lovely, raspy old soul voice. She desires to achieve a fresh, relaxed style of music fit for everyone making sure to include all the classic hits in her set list.

Guitarist, singer, songwriter, recording artist, & producer, Rick Biordi introduces a new flavor of blues-rock to the Pacific Northwest music scene!

Having grown up in Chicago during the 70s & 80s, Rick was deeply influenced by the Classic Rock era, Motown, and the inspiring guitar work of players like Carlos Santana, Robin Trower & Steve Lukather. For the last few decades, Rick has remained in-demand as a live performer and studio wizard alongside noteworthy artists such as Eddie Martinez, Jimi Bott, Michael Quinby, Chance Hayden, Steve Cole, Shawn Christopher, Tina Crawley, Todd Sucherman (Styx), and two-time Grammy® Award winner Speech (of Arrested Development).

Since his move to the Pacific Northwest, Rick has been performing with some of the finest talent in the region and immediately had a tremendous impact with fans and fellow musicians alike. Rick’s performances radiate with passion as his soulful guitar playing illustrates his diverse influences and experience.

Rick also produced, directed, and performed for the “Cure4Alz” Alzheimer’s benefit concert to help bring awareness and support in the fight to find a cure for this terrible disease. He reached out to many of his friends in the Pacific Northwest music community to perform this concert fundraiser with all proceeds going directly to the Alzheimer’s Association of Oregon and South Washington. Rick plans to continue these benefit efforts in 2023 – 2024.

The Luke Broadbent Trio features a rotating cast of Portland’s premier musicians. Luke seamlessly blends his love of jazz, funk, soul, and blues to create a unique sound that features hits from artists as diverse as The Beatles, D’Angelo, Ray Charles, and Duke Ellington, as well as original selections. Satellite Blooms is a soulful folk music project that aims to create expressive, harmonious and connective musical experiences for multi-generational audiences in the Willamette Valley and beyond. At its core, Satellite Blooms is driven by Kevin Welsh (voice & guitar) along with a rotating blend of guest musicians.

Kevin is a singer and songwriter who’s love of music began early with classical voice training. Later, he picked up the guitar and found a passion for the craft of songwriting. His subtle presence and command on stage is a joy to witness. Kevin’s voice is a truly rare gift and serves as the focal point for this musical project –– his ability to embody distinct American styles while maintaining his own is uncanny.

Enjoy a deep setlist carefully curated from the most memorable, groove oriented and quintessential american songs through the decades. Delight in favorite songs you forgot you remembered, uniquely crafted and re-interpreted. From classics like Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Bill Withers and Johnny Cash to more modern and recently modern tunes from artists like TLC, Amy Winehouse, Radiohead as well as original compositions. The eclectic set is always turning heads and aims to leave everyone satisfied.
