Sip these limited production, terroir driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines from the Dundee Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, perfectly paired with the finest cheeses, cured meats, vegetable patés, and hearth baked breads of our Heartland’s terroir.

Page Knudsen Cowles of Knudsen Vineyards will share the story of her family’s vineyard, renowned for its Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays and guide guests in understanding how the importance of the Dundee Hills’ terroir and the vineyard’s methods impact on this wine’s world-class quality.

Beth Dooley, James Beard Award winning author, will pair this beautiful wine to the best of our region’s hand-crafted foods and share stories of the farmers and artisans who have put Minnesota on the nation’s culinary map. She will provide insights into where these foods come from, how they are created, and why they are so perfectly suited to Knudsen Vineyards wines.

Together Page and Beth will provide insights into how regenerative, sustainable and organic practices produce the best tasting wines and foods while protecting our land, water, and soil.

Page, Beth, and France 44 are also delighted to partner with Appetite For Change, a community-led organization in northeast Minneapolis that strengthens families, creates economic prosperity, and encourages healthy living.

A portion of the proceeds from wine sales and cookbook sales following the class will be donated to AFC.
