On Friday October 11, supporters from across the state will converge on St. Paul’s historic Summit Avenue. They are there to show support for the Minnesota Governor’s Residence at ‘An Evening on the Terrace’ Gala, the annual fundraiser benefiting the 1006 Summit Avenue Society.

This year it’s a Gatsby-esque Affair, featuring chef stations from notable restaurants, a fabulous silent auction, and delightful entertainment. You will not want to miss this elegant evening celebrating the MN Governor’s Residence!

Cocktail Attire or Gatsby Era Attire Admired. This is an indoor/ outdoor (covered) event, so please dress accordingly.

The mission of the 1006 Summit Avenue Society is to preserve and refurbish the MN Governor’s Residence at 1006 Summit Avenue. Founded in 1982 by former First Lady Gretchen Quie, the 1006 Summit Avenue Society has raised funds and donated items to the Minnesota Governor’s Residence totaling more than three-quarters of a million dollars.
